Praharsh Shah, PharmD, BCPS, MHA

Praharsh Shah, PharmD, BCPS, MHA, obtained his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Nirma University, India and later received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Shenandoah University. Further, he obtained a Master of Health Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and is currently enrolled in Master in Business Administration program. He serves as the director of pharmacy and the PGY1 residency program director. His pharmacy related interests include sterile compounding, service line growth, employee engagement, and leadership principles. Outside of work, you can find Shah running, cooking, traveling, and playing tennis and ping-pong.


Arefeh (Ari) Orouji, PharmD

Arefeh (Ari) Orouji, PharmD, received her Doctor of Pharmacy from University of California San Francisco and completed a PGY1 acute care residency at Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian. She currently works as a critical care clinical pharmacist in the surgical and cardiac intensive care units. Her pharmacy related interests include septic shock, anticoagulation reversal, and sedation. Outside of the pharmacy, you can find Ari skiing, playing tennis, hiking, or cooking.


David Tran, PharmD

David Tran, PharmD, obtained his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and later his Doctor of Pharmacy from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He currently practices as an internal medicine clinical pharmacist. His pharmacy related interests include cardiology and anticoagulation. Outside of work, you can find David watching basketball and rooting for the Los Angeles based sports teams.


Falguni (Fal) Patel, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, BCIDP

Falguni (Fal) Patel, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP, BCIDP, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at the Oxford Educational Institutions in Bangalore, India. She then received her Doctor of Pharmacy at University of Southern Nevada (now Roseman University of Health Sciences). She currently practices as an infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship clinical pharmacist; and serves as pharmacy residency coordinator. Her pharmacy related interests include multidrug resistance organisms. Outside of work, you can find Fal spending time outdoors and with her family.

Jacob Hass

Jacob Hass, PharmD, BCCCP received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Idaho State University. He currently works as a critical care clinical pharmacist in the medical and neurological intensive care unit. His pharmacy related interests include brain injury and neurocritical care. Outside of work, you can find Jake running, reading, or watching sports.


Monthira (Meme) Lukes, PharmD, BCPS

Monthira (Meme) Lukes, PharmD, BCPS, obtained her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science at the Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. She then received her Doctor of Pharmacy at Nova Southeastern University.  She currently works as a medication safety pharmacist. Her pharmacy related interests include analyzing healthcare technologies and standardizing medication use to ensure patient safety. Outside of work, you can find Meme traveling and star gazing.


Paul Nguyen, PharmD, BCPS

Paul Nguyen, PharmD, BCPS, received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University – College of Pharmacy Glendale and completed a PGY1 acute care residency at University Medical Center of Southern Nevada. He currently works as an emergency medicine clinical pharmacist. His pharmacy related interests include acute ischemic stroke, cardiology, trauma resuscitation, and anticoagulation reversal. Outside of work, you can find Paul playing golf (albeit not well), exercising, watching sports, or trying various coffee blends and brewing methods.


Troopti Amin, PharmD

Troopti Amin, PharmD, received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Riverside and Doctor of Pharmacy from University of Saint Joseph in Connecticut. Troopti has grown within RCH, from Staff Pharmacist to Clinical Pharmacist and now Operations Manager. She has achieved an Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate through SIDP. Her professional interests include standardization of medication distribution as well as clinical operations to improve efficiency in providing patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and international travel.


Katrina Truong, PharmD, BCIDP

Katrina Truong, PharmD, BCIDP, received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from University of California, San Diego and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health and Science. She is currently practicing as internal medicine clinical pharmacist. Her professional interests include Infectious Disease and Anticoagulation. Her hobbies outside of work including cooking, baking, hiking, yoga, traveling, reading, watching movies and spending quality time with family and friends.


David Lee PharmD, BCPS

David Lee PharmD, BCPS, received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Riverside and Doctor of Pharmacy from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee. He currently practices as an internal medicine clinical pharmacist. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, tennis and eating.
