Dear Riverside Community Hospital,

I would like to thank Rosalyn Mendoza, Joy Caragan, and Rhonda McGaughran from Case Management.

My son came in as a patient. RCH is an out of network provider for us and I had concerns about insurance. They were very proactive to make sure his needs were met at RCH, and then worked hard to facilitate his transfer. I am truly appreciative!
