Riverside Community Hospital Has Selected CBRE as Exclusive Agents for New 60,000 RSF, Class A Medical Office Building
Riverside, CA — CBRE announced today that they will be handling the exclusive listing for Riverside Community Hospital's ±60,000 rentable square foot medical office building located at 4510 Brockton Avenue in Riverside, also known as Riverbrock Medical Plaza. The new office building is part of the hospital's $315 million campus expansion project, which began in March of 2013. Construction on Riverbrock Medical Plaza began in early 2013 and was completed in the beginning of July 2014. The overall hospital expansion is expected to be completed in 2017.
CBRE's First Vice President John Oien, Associate Cynthia Hllywa, and Senior Vice President Bryan Lewitt have been selected to lease the property by Riverside Community Hospital.
"The $315 million expansion on the facility's campus was needed to improve access to healthcare for a growing population, "says Dan Bowers, Riverside Community Hospital COO. "The construction efforts are part of a continued investment by Riverside Community Hospital to meet the growing healthcare needs of Riverside and the surrounding areas."
"This medical office building will provide medical practices with state-of-the-art medical space in a market where little has been built for several years", says Mr. Oien, lead broker on the listing. "Many of the area's aging medical buildings do not have the infrastructure necessary for a modern medical practice."
The building has an on-site pharmacy, new 5-level parking garage with 1,060 additional parking spaces, front-door patient drop-off zone, large open floor plates for flexible space layout and abundant natural lighting.
