Be Someone’s Life Preserver
Most WLS patients know what they should be doing to be successful. But almost everyone struggles from time to time. When you are struggling, so you find it hard to reach out for help? A lot of people feel so bad about what they are doing, they retreat in shame.

Do You Know Your BMI?
BMI is a dependable indicator of total body fat, which is related to the risk of disease and death. The score is legitimate for men and women but it does have some limits. It may overestimate body fat in athletes and others who have a muscular build and it may underestimate body fat in older persons who have lost muscle mass.
