Today, Riverside Community Hospital is investing $363 million in the health of the community through the construction of a major hospital expansion project to meet the needs of our growing community, and to ensure an even higher level of care and service. While we are on a journey of growth and improvements for the benefit of our community, staff, physicians, patients and visitors, some of the journey, however, can be a bit disruptive.

I want to apologize in advance for our noise and dust. We are in the middle of significant upgrades to our campus including the addition of a new 7-story patient care tower and significant internal earthquake safety upgrades and renovations to our existing patient care towers. We limit most of the noisy construction activity to between the hours of 7:00am and 4:00pm. On occasion, we will have some activity outside of these hours, and will let you know when that will occur. For our patients, we have ear plugs, radios with ear buds and a relaxation channel on our television system. Ask one of your caregivers for assistance if you need it. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

We ask that you please bear with us and be patient as we continue on this journey to be an even better place to receive care for your family, friends and neighbors!
